Bloom & Wolf does second takeover and acquires Flowercrush

11 December 2025 - Bloom & Wolf acquires Flowercrush

Bloom & Wolf has completed its second acquisition.
The premium silk flower retailer has acquired Dutch industry peer Flowercrush, which ceased operations in 2024.

With this move, Bloom & Wolf strengthens its position in both the consumer and corporate markets and takes the next step toward its ambition of becoming an international market leader. The acquisition represents an important milestone in the company’s growth strategy, which is focused on international expansion, particularly in the United States.

“Flowercrush was one of the first brands to show that artificial flowers can be not only sustainable, but also stylish and contemporary,” says founder Gwen van de Pas. “We introduced a new vision for flowers — without waste, yet with the same beauty and emotion as fresh-cut flowers.”

This is not the first time Bloom & Wolf has acquired a peer within the sector. In 2024, the company also acquired Mock Flower, further consolidating its position in the premium artificial flower market.
